To work with our consultancy, you choose between Freelance Talent Consulting (FTC) where you pay Ksh.500 per session/visit/inquiry or Registered Talent Consulting (RTC) where you pay a One-Off Registration fee of Ksh.3500 and get the following entitlements:
o  Immortal Dream Consult membership
o  12 Months unlimited consultation on your talent
o  Talent Registration Card that gives you straight appointment/response at the earliest convenience
o  Info sharing and access to issues we find vital for our members (some may require further training and a nominal charge may apply)

MY KENYAN FOR KENYANS

CAN WE TALK?
Friend... Let's talk, and talk straight.


Been wondering; Is it we are so suspicious of each other as to not find something we can use to bring us together?
Been wondering; Is it that my idea was untimely to use a fraternity to bring all industry players together (since no one Service Provider- agencies, models, designers, photographers, advertisers, etc); is authority enough to chart the course for the industry hence Kenya Modeling Fraternity?
Been wondering; It is that the message did not reach us all as clearly as was intended, that some of us see competition other than the need for our unity to spur growth for our Fashion, Modeling, Image and Talent industry?
Been wondering; Is it that the purpose of the KMF BASHES and FASHION PARTIES, where Service Providers would meet mix freely, exchange ideas and even get invited to use the Mic to address us in order to enhance our relationships was not understood? 


See now; The weaknesses have been discovered and individuals have found our country easy prey to simply walk-in and with contempt disregard and divide us further and use some of us to ‘recruit’ talent at no or relatively low gain for both talent and supplier
See now; Disrespectfully, even unknown entrants have come demanding that talent should not be registered/signed up to any agency or talent firms if they are to be considered to work with them, effectively killing talent/agency relationship and stealing the Mother Agency ‘birthright’
See now; Unscrupulous individuals have continued to use our networks, groups, profiles and agencies to reach talent for free, risking safety of our innocent friends, colleagues and family with their colorful offers of overseas opportunities, without having to be answerable to anyone.


Am on record; to have been embroiled in a discussion-turned-argument with individuals representing an international model search, who, after I declined to have them post their event on my group wall and profile commenced a protracted Hate campaign against me and KMF, simply because I put to question their process of recruitment of models herein Kenya
Am on record; to constantly shaking off a photographer of who via my facebook wall offered free portfolios for Kenyan models and couldn’t answer when I asked the following
  1. What was the catch since I know there is nothing for free?
  2. Would models keep copies of the pictures, or access them and if they could use them with no restrictions?
  3. To what agencies did he intend to show the pictures or where was he going to take them?
Instead, he apparently swore never to quit my back, and apparently teaming up with the three mentioned earlier to now plead they are alienated because they are foreigners, and even going further to try insinuate tribalism. For the record, we have extensive foreign networks linked by blood so we have foreign families and interact cross cultures.
Am on record; I have tried to help some models to focus on the bigger picture, to stop being made to imagine they are ‘desperate’ to follow whatever the carrot dangled by some of these people, and instead concentrate on the mass growth of the local industry, where we create consumers from our local market, add value to the services offered in order to attract better pay, but some appear brainwashed in the greed for the grass across the fence.
Am on record; To insist that Kenya is not a jungle and we have all of us serving the industry in one way or another with existing relationships that should be honored.
Am on record; To say that talent, models of all sizes, age, creed and race, wherever they are, as long as they have the right potential should have equal opportunity in not only the traditional work areas but also exposed to emerging zones in both print, web and motion TV commercials.


Here then;Now you know what the interest is I have for the Industry especially the vertical growth of our local sector. Know you too that I fully support everything being done by everyone that shares that orientation. Know you too that I totally subscribe to honesty and right intention as the safest guard for agreements and any contracts made. Know it that I promote all associations that would feed into the stream of development for this industry even if only by small sectors and groups such as the one that produced the 2005 Rate Guidelines for models.
Here then;It is timely to now implement the correct ideas for all so as to exploit the industry's potential and overcome whatever challenges we have faced. It is timely to now shun the current divisions that have only left us an undervalued fabric so we can create a higher pedestal to bargain from. It is timely indeed to now bury differences and fill in cracks that ill intentioned players have used to weaken our development for their greedy selfish gains. It really is timely to now setup structures for newcomers to fit in well and find a growth path and contribute their ideas to further solidify our structures.


Let us talk; So we quickly quit all fighting for the same small diminishing client space and opportunities and incubate ideas that will yield new opportunities and net more into the consumer boat.
Let us talk; So we quickly harness ideas that will breed more new talent to the small diminishing talent supply so that more can be signed up and managed in more agencies with quality standards and sound practices
Let us talk; So we quickly instil in talent/models professional ethics by showing clear strong structure via which they can grow their talents
Let us talk; So we quickly stop undercutting among service providers so as to guard sustainability of the industry and its value to all players
Let us talk; So we quickly bury whatever differences (true and imagined) that has left each of us running as lone rangers as it does not support the future we all so deserve.


I am free to offer my free industry knowledge and encourage others who have helpful ideas to come out so we can formulate not just a small sector perspective policy but industry perspective policy to govern and regulate operations for our industry. Make time to research and do some background so you have information. It is your power when you need to make decisions.

Hi. My name is Tony Chirah, a Concept/Talent Consultant and Founder of KMF TALENT-Global ©. For 2 years, I have dedicated my time and resources to change the way the talent business is ran in Kenya, the region and with others like me, Globally. ABOUT KMF

KMF TALENT -Global© KMF is an acronym of Kenya Modeling Fraternity established as a concept of Immortal Dream Consult, a specialist Concept Development firm is an online platform for all; a hub for the Talent Industry business. Industry Service Providers (ISPs) are in as pillars of the business. and all of us come in to be seen, felt, heard; to touch the other player's senses till they catch our distinct scent..!!!. 

It is about fashion, modeling, photography, general talent, casting, beauty, hair and skin care, weddings, event organization, concept development, video production, TV production, sound and lighting equipment suppliers to exchange views and thoughts. We talk with each other, know each other better and exploit the networking opportunity. 

Immortal Dream Consult is a two-faceted firm offering Concept Development and Model Management . Under Concept Development we grow ideas in a wide range of interests. Event Management - Entertainment, Contests, Concerts, Parties, Cultural festivals and Weddings and Themed events. Immortal Dream Consult also offers Image Consultancy for Individuals, Corporate and Groups, all experiential. We offer Corporate Team Building and Customer Care training in for Private, Corporate entities and also Governments. Model management is in Corporate Business Design and Talent Management. KMF  TALENT Global is a concept of Immortal Dream Consult, that steers the Talent Management wing.
